Myotherapy and Massage
in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne
The human body is an amazing machine, capable of warm tenderness, feats of strength and tremendous agility but it is also susceptible to the stress of work-life, fragility of age and rigours of activity.
If your body is not at its peak, it cannot run marathons, achieve goals, climb mountains, care for loved ones or sometimes even just get out of bed.
Myotherapy is a vital part of maintaining your health and we can tailor a treatment plan that will keep your body at its peak, no matter what is required.
How can we help?
Are you suffering from any of the following?
Neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee or ankle pain?
Issues with headaches or migraines?
Feeling stressed out, fatigued or just tight all over?
Then Myotherapy and Massage might be for you!
We will assess, treat and manage the pain associated with:
Neck, back, and joint pain
Headaches and migraines
Repetitive strain injuries (RSI)

How it can benefit you
You may already know you should be booking in for regular Myotherapy and Remedial Massage but are you aware of all the benefits it provides?

It is easy to sometimes neglect or even take our health and well being for granted until its too late.
Hi, I'm Mark Skec. In 2012, I began to transition from a career in IT to one focused on helping people to improve their health, reduce their pain and increase their mobility. I made it my MISSION to help people live pain-free lives!
As a keen participant and viewer of all sports, helping athletes (whether professional or amateur) to prevent or recover from injuries is a major focus of my work.
I'm lucky enough to work with the Essendon Football Club in the AFL as a Myotherapist and Sports Trainer and have worked with the Melbourne Demons, Carlton Blues, Brisbane Roar & Melbourne Rebels.
I completed my Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in June 2015 and am the Director of Evolution Myotherapy.
